At our facility we have no test equipment or boxes for re-packing
for resale to others.

For the above reasons, it is mandatory that you contact us so
that we can advise you where to ship a product you wish to return.

Shipping to Amjo can complicate the return and we in turn have to
re-ship it to the factory or warehouse for evaluation. This action
slows down the issuance of credit to you and increases the overall
handling cost and risk of damage during shipment.

A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to cover the
cost of testing, and re-boxing for resale.

Outbound shipments where the price says "S&H or Shipping Included
or Free Shipping" do include outbound freight charges. These
outbound charges will reduce the credit issued if the product is
returned.

No return will be accepted for credit unless it is in a 'like new
condition' and is packed in its original packaging. Freight and
handling charges will not be reimbursed.

Please call AMJO at 513-942-2770 to arrange return. Unauthorized
Returns may be rejected.

Smokers
Take Note: Today many people will not tolerate the smell of smoke or
even traces of the smell of smoke on any item. Smokers who return
products must be aware that if we detect the smell of smoke on an
item making it not re-sellable then no credit can be issued.

Remember, it is your responsibility to re-pack the product
properly, arrange for its return to our vendor. You would be wise to
insure the shipment so that in the event of loss or damage you are
not out of pocket.
